Tinie Tempah feat. Eric Turner: ‘Written in the Stars’

“Written in the Stars” is the third single by British rapper, Tinie Tempah and features collaborator, and writer Eric Turner. It’s got much more of a US hip-hop vibe about it, and with an accompanying Americanised video, this could be set to be Tinie’s debut single in the States. But that’s just speculation.

It’s very different from ‘Pass Out’ and ‘Frisky’ which were obviously geared towards the clubbing scene, and it shows Tinie Tempah can do more than just the dance tracks. It’s a really great song and clearly has some real emotional backing behind it; Tempah said in an interview that “it is a real passionate track about the sort of struggle that I’ve had to face”.

It will be released September 27, 2010 on iTunes and will also appear on Tinie Tempah’s debut album Disc-Overy which comes out October 4th.
