Enrique Iglesias (ft. Pitbull): ‘I Like It’

May 24, 2010 by popseeker

The Spanish pop hearthrob Enrique Iglesias is back with his NINTH (can you believe it) studio album this summer, ‘Euphoria’. The album consists of guest appearances of Akon, Usher, Juan Luis Guerra, Pitbull, Nicole Scherzinger and Puerto Rican reggaeton duo Wisin and Yandel, and is in English and Spanish.

And guess what? A lot of it is produced by RedOne.

Not only that, but Enrique may as well just desperately shout I WANT A NUMBER ONE because it features guest ‘vocals’ from Pitbull, AND samples Lionel Ritchies ‘All Night Long’ (in fact, Lionel even re-recorded some lyrics just for Enrique).

It’s actually quite a good little tune, the videos very ‘Just Dance’-esque and it will probably do moderately well in the charts. I just feel like this sound it a bit 2008/2009 and people are starting to get a bit bored of it now. But we’ll see…

It’s out June 28th in the UK.
